1. Scope of our services

Travynex arranges travel services that may include flights, hotels and resorts, holiday packages, private and group travel, corporate travel, transfers and chauffeur services, tours and experiences, and airport services. We may act as an intermediary or coordinator between you and the supplier actually providing a travel component.

The services included in a booking are those expressly stated in the quotation or confirmation. Anything not specifically listed is not included.

2. Quotations, prices and availability

All prices, availability and supplier conditions remain subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Airfares, hotel rates and other travel costs may change due to inventory, exchange rates, taxes, charges or supplier rules.

• We will identify the quoted currency and price components as clearly as reasonably possible.
• Destination and hotel images or descriptions are illustrative; operational details may differ.
• If there is an obvious pricing or content error, we may correct it before final confirmation and will inform you.

3. Booking confirmation

Before payment, you are responsible for reviewing passenger names, dates, destinations, room types, ticket type, included services and the relevant cancellation/change conditions. Passenger names must match official travel documents.

Final confirmation is issued after availability is secured, required payment is received and the supplier accepts the booking. Some services require immediate payment or become non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Payments and invoices

Amounts must be paid by the deadline and method shown in the quotation or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in a price change or loss of availability without liability to Travynex.

Any additional service or processing charge, if applicable and legally permitted, will be disclosed before payment. Payments may be processed by third parties and are subject to their security controls and terms.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare, hotel or supplier rules applicable to the booked service and may involve price differences, supplier charges or disclosed service fees. Promotional rates and certain special services may be non-changeable or non-refundable.

A request to change or cancel is not completed until Travynex confirms in writing that it has been actioned with the supplier.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is permitted, the amount and timing depend on supplier rules, payment method and any deductions or fees disclosed at purchase. We cannot guarantee processing times controlled by an airline, hotel, bank, payment provider or other third party.

Any non-refundable amount will be identified before or at confirmation where required and available under the supplier’s terms.

7. Third-party suppliers

Many travel components are provided by independent parties such as airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and tour operators. Their services are also governed by their own conditions, operational rules and safety requirements.

We are responsible for using reasonable care in arranging services we agree to arrange, but we do not control the day-to-day operational decisions of independent suppliers or public authorities.

8. Passports, visas and entry requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, required visas or permits, transit permissions, health or vaccination documents, and that they satisfy any restrictions connected with nationality, residency or itinerary.

Any general travel-requirement information we provide is for assistance only and may change without notice. Final entry and transit decisions are made by the relevant governments, immigration authorities and carriers. Travynex does not guarantee visa issuance or admission to any country.

9. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for all travellers.
• Review booking documents promptly and report errors immediately.
• Arrive at airports or meeting points within the required time.
• Comply with destination laws and supplier conditions.
• Obtain suitable travel insurance where appropriate for the journey.
• Tell us about accessibility or special-service needs in sufficient time before travel.

10. Changes and events beyond reasonable control

Travel may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, airspace closures, civil disruption, government action, epidemics, natural disasters or supplier failure. In such cases, we will provide reasonable assistance in exploring available alternatives, but options, additional costs and refunds remain subject to supplier terms and applicable law.

11. Baggage, seating and special requests

Baggage allowances, seating, meals, extra beds, connecting rooms, accessibility services and other special requests depend on the supplier and may require separate confirmation. A special request is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

12. Corporate travel and groups

Corporate accounts and group travel may be governed by additional written commercial terms covering request/approval workflows, credit, billing, reporting, passenger-name deadlines and payment schedules. If these general Terms conflict with a signed account-specific agreement, the specific agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

13. Website use and intellectual property

Website content, including the Travynex name, logo, designs, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without written permission, except for reasonable personal use.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to systems, or use it for unlawful activity.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Travynex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of opportunity arising from events outside our reasonable control or from the act or omission of an independent supplier, without prejudice to rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

15. Complaints and claims

If a problem arises during travel, please notify the supplier and Travynex as soon as reasonably possible so there is an opportunity to assist. For post-travel claims, send your booking details, a description of the issue and supporting documents to hello@travynex.ae.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Unless mandatory rules require otherwise or another mechanism is agreed in writing, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the services.
